Situata a pochi km da Milano e Dall'aeroporto di Milano Malpensa. La Depandance è solo ad uso alloggio. Non è adibita per lo svolgimento di eventi. I quali devono essere richiesti a parte, ivi incluse feste, compleanni, eccetera. Il parco è la piscina sono condivisi con gli altri ospiti del B&B durante il soggiorno.
