We only ever have 1 booking at a time, no sharing with other families or individuals. We live on site and are happy to help, your accommodation is segregated and totally private. NO parties, no smoking, please be respectful of neighbours. Fake tan & hair dye use PROHIBITED. Fully equipped kitchen, plus washing machine & dryer.

Rose's Garden Studio

Roses Garden Studio is a sophisticated and very private self-contained space. Tariff includes breakfast provisions and a well equipped sideboard kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A 10 min walk to the CBD, beachside restaurants and foreshore BBQ area. A 7 min drive to the hospital and university campus. Well located for daytrips in the region. Also a great space for laptop work (WiFi and Smart TV). Laundry by request.

Only 15 minutes from the Burnie airport and on the way to the west coast wilderness, this rustic country style facility is in the grounds of a grand old home. It is a real country experience hosted by a local farmer. Yolla has beautiful countryside, and a proper country tavern for a meal. country retreat is fitted with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors.
