Germantown is historic, hipster, food-centric, mural-filled, fun, people-watching at its best, truly walkable with a downtown skyline view from all the tree-lined sidewalks. You'll find beautiful historic homes, boutiques, restaurants, bars, yoga studios, hair and nail salons, spas, a grocery store, and lots of personality in this jam-packed little neighborhood! There are plenty of bus stops nearby, but Nashville really doesn't have the best public transit. We recommend using Uber/Lyft (about $7 to get to the honky tonks downtown). Bird/Lime Scooters are very inexpensive and are all over our neighborhood (~$3 to get broadway/riverfront). B cycle bike rentals are also inexpensive and available for rent nearby at the corner of 5th Ave N and Monroe St. Lastly, this neighborhood is just 6 square blocks and makes for a lovely mid-afternoon stroll. Please keep in mind that although this apartment can sleep 6 easily, there is only one bathroom.

Lyft, Uber, Bird and Lime are all cheap and easy modes or travel. East Nashville is also very walkable with a grocery store, post office, coffee shop, restaurants, and more within a block or two.

Our home is right next to Music Row. Just one block from Demonbreun Hill and just 2 blocks from MidTown. Smack in the middle of Nashville's happening nightlife area. Close by are the Gulch, Vanderbilt and Belmont universities, The Ryman Auditorium, and Bridgestone Arena... not to mention Honk Tonk Row on Lower Broadway are just 1.3 miles away!
