Must go up the stairs to enter the apartment there is not a handicapped entrance. 1 bedroom, queen size bed, full closet. Pull out couch. Rain head shower &hand held.

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. Your stay includes exclusive access to the 3 gorgeous beaches in the Fire District of Misquamicut, RI, located in the beautiful town of Westerly. You’ll receive a parking pass in addition to the walk-on passes. Meals on the beach are within walking distance, or can easily be made in one of our TWO well appointed kitchens and enjoyed on our spacious back deck.

Another larger 2 bedroom cottage on property is for rent also for families with younger children. This rental is NOT suitable for toddlers or children under 12 due to the open balconies, railings and narrow spiral staircase to the loft.
