In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops, the port, the bus station and the taxi stand. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view.

The house is well equipped, it has a kitchen with all the necessary cooking accessories, toast and coffe maker, hair dryer, iron and a make up station.

Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.

Kastro traditional House is a Cycladitic stone wall house located on Saint Konstantinos / Frankish Castle area, a "must see" in Parikia's old town settlement. The best sunset view of Paros is like a picture in the bedroom's big window. The house is fully equipped, consisting of one bedroom, living room/kitchen , bathroom and a balcony with open view to Parikia's old town settlement and Paros port gulf. Can accommodate up to 4 persons. Everything is one step away.
