Moongate Cottage, with quintessential Nantucket charm is walkable to downtown. Enter through the arched wooden gate in the mature hedges, to your private oasis with a quaint yard and brick patio. The cottage furnishes everything you need. From June to September, we have a 7-night minimum stay from Saturday to Saturday. Enjoy the large living room, spacious bedroom, updated kitchen and bathroom. The ambiance shows throughout with the modern beach chic decor. We do not allow pets at our cottage.

West on ACK is a new, custom home in the Miacomet & Hummock Pond Road area, only moment from Cisco Brewery, Bartlett Farm, Miacomet Golf Course, 167 Raw & south shore beaches. The home has five en suite bedrooms and multiple livings spaces which help guests spread out and have privacy. The outdoor living area has a bluestone patio with a pool and firepit and an outdoor kitchen and dining. The home features a fully automated audio/visual/lighting system throughout the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Four bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, large back yard, excellent location for beach and Edgartown center! Short walk/jog/ bike ride to the Katama General Store for a leisurely breakfast on the big porch then off South Beach! Families love this large, coastal home with its modern conveniences tv in each bedroom and living room! There’s even an area for games and puzzles. Eat at the large table that seats 10, on the deck or breakfast nook

The modest upstairs expands to a basement with a large living area, two bedrooms, and a kitchenette. The large deck is equipped for dining or entertaining. It also features an outdoor shower for after a long day at the beach. **House is winterized for cold weather stays**

"Upon a Rock" Peace & Quiet - Mid island retreat!

Our guest suite is a separate wing on the main house. It is separated by a locked door. You have your own separate private entrance. You must come into the backyard of the main house. Look for the arbor with BAIRD written on top. These is an extra charge for any guests after the first 2 guests.,$150 per guest per night. Our guest suite is not suitable for children. We do not allow pets. If you were bringing a car please let us know in advance so we can make parking arrangements

Derrymore Place - an island gem

Located in a quiet neighborhood off of Cliff Road, guests can relax in a spacious 350 sq/ft beautiful bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and single day bed (w/trundle). There is a 3 piece private bathroom with washer/dryer. A full size pull out sofa is available in the very large kitchenette/game room. A 300 sq/ft comfortable sitting room with sofa, cable television, wine fridge and high top table is for your exclusive use. A private entrance allows guests to come and go freely.
