The property is also occasionally visited by wild animals such as Malabar flying squirrels, monkeys and peacocks. Kashid beach is a short 10 minute walk away, making La Mer a unique villa, offering the joys of a beach holiday and a homestay in the lap of nature.

Our lovely little cottage is the perfect, relaxed, holiday getaway... With 2 comfortable air conditioned bedrooms, with attached bathrooms, and a divan bed in the living room, it is wonderful for a family with kids. It is only a 10 min. walk from the stunning Kashid beach, but you may find that you will actually spend more time just relaxing in the back garden or enjoying a good game of badminton :-). The wifi is around 50 mbps it works most of the time but we cannot guarantee it

1873 Mulberry grove is a charming hill-view villa surrounded by dense evergreen forests integral to the Tamhini Wildlife Sanctuary. Away from the hustle of city life, soak into what nature has to offer you. A birders paradise, the forest is also home to several other animals such as the Gaur, Barking Deer, Monkey and Wild Hare - who occasionally stop by for food and water in the hills surrounding the property, thus making 1873 a one-of-a-kind place to visit.

This has been our family second home for over two decades and one we've watched come alive from nothing. Set in a rustic 5 acre farm with a rivulet that runs by the property (unfortunately only in the monsoon), Rashmi Farms is a great place to disconnect from the city (though we have wifi if you must work). You can enjoy walks around the farm and nearby villages, a dip in the pool, or just put up your feet with a book. All this just 2.5 hours drive from Mumbai.
