Spend your days exploring town, before coming home to your oasis at the end of a quiet cul de sac. The 3 bedroom 3 bath home has plenty of space for you, your family and friends, and has a great backyard with patio, grill, outdoor sectional and dining table, perfect for summer days and nights. Our home is the ideal home base after days at the beach, on the water, or exploring Mystic.

Market/deli nearby; pleasing walk (less than a mile from center of Mystic)- restaurants, shops, marinas, etc. Near Amtrak station. Great retreat!

Stay in downtown Mystic, footsteps from all the restaurants, shops & sights! Leave the cars behind in our 3 car driveway. Relax in the open great room 1st floor with a large couch, 65” HD Smart TV! Full kitchen and dining area seating. Laundry on 1st with 1/2 bath and full sleeper sofa. 2nd FL has 1800's charm with cathedral ceilings, 2 Queen bedrooms, and bath w/shower - Linens provided. This cozy seaside cottage with sleep loft has the look and feel of an old classic yacht inside with modern amenities. Couples will love the water views, screened porch, gas-wood stove, heated stone floor in cedar bathroom, outdoor shower and patio. Another larger 2 bedroom cottage on property is for rent also for families with younger children. This rental is NOT suitable for toddlers or children under 12 due to the open balconies, railings and narrow spiral staircase to the loft.

This bright apartment is within walking distance of Downtown Mystic with lots of nearby food options food options. There are coastal access points nearby that are within 2 to 5 mins. There are trails across the street for a scenic hike. The sunset views are breathtaking and you can see wildlife and boats including the Argia several times a day.
