-Boasting a small hoofprint of 128 square feet with a loft. Ideally situated in a safe area for those visiting/passing through Memphis. -Tranquil views of open fields, horses, and a variety of other furry friends at a working horse boarding barn. -Stay solo or with someone you don't mind cozying up to. Ideal for mobile guests comfortable with stairs and tighter spaces. Locals or those without positive reviews will be rejected. Our property is non smoking.

Lakeside property with plenty of room to relax and unwind. Located just 3 miles from Walmart and a variety of restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet without the noise of highway traffic. Very convenient to I-22 and Hwy 30 with easy access to Ole Miss in Oxford. 2 Queen beds, sofa, loveseat, and oversized chair for a family fun time. Washer and dryer, table and chairs, coffee maker, and microwave for your convenience.

Wonderful home located on the water at the lower lake of Sardis. There is a private dock and a boat ramp only 1 house over. Located 3 mins from the upper lake & the marina. Screened in front & back porch. Firepit in backyard. Great getaway spot! OWNERS HAVE NO ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE OF WATER LEVELS ON THE LOWER LAKE OR IF THE DOCK WILL BE ACCESSIBLE.
