A stylish house at Ios that has beautiful, panoramic sea and sunset view.It is only 5 minutes walking to the beach or the famous Pool club Pathos. The house expands in 3 levels using a few stairs. Ground Level has Master bedroom with double bed,1 bunk bed and bathroom Middle level (this level has the balcony) has 1 double bed and designed as an open space with Upper level where is the kitchen area with dining table. Please note that only one bedroom is private with a door that locks.

Sea and sun is a brand new house built on the side of the mountain. Only one kilometer away from the most famous beach on the island Mylopotas beach(200 meters dirt road).
