The property is situated in Musgrave, on a property at the end of a cul-de-sac, 2.3 km from the popular Florida Road. Musgrave Centre is less than a km away. Greyville horse racing course, host of the annual Durban July, is 1.7 km away. St Augustine’s, Entabeni and Parklands hospitals are all less than 2 km away.
