The Old Bakehouse Cottage is set in the heart of historic Colyton, known as Devon’s most rebellious town! This gorgeous holiday home is perfect for families as well as friends seeking a peaceful country break. Dogs are welcome too. The cottage features a large and stylish open living space upstairs, with balcony, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. There is parking for one car in the courtyard. Colyton is a short drive to some of the best beaches on the famous Jurassic Coast.

Amazing rural retreat, 2 miles to Jurassic Coast

Delightful open plan, light-filled flat with large Velux windows. Picturesque views to the south to Cannington Viaduct, and behind onto a sloped wooded area frequented by deer, foxes, badgers and rabbits. Numerous countryside/costal walks on the doorstep. On the Jurassic Coast, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the Devon / Dorset border. 2 miles from Lyme Regis beach and ½ a mile from a pub and shop in Uplyme. 1 mile to River Cottage HQ Outdoor sitting area, space to store bikes, etc.

Old Maidenhayne Farmhouse Annex

The annex is part of an old farmhouse. It was built in 1850’s and we have been renovating it since we bought it in 2022. It is unique, rustic, and has country charm. It has it’s own entrance with two bedrooms, one king and one double, and a shower room upstairs. Downstairs there is a large comfortable living room with a wood burning stove and a separate kitchen. Outside the annex there is a patio/courtyard all set up for a bbq . The main garden is shared with us and is on different levels.

Hampton View Holiday Barns, The Dairy, Whitford.

Hampton View Dairy is one of 2 brand new single story barn conversions in the quiet village of Whitford, East Devon. There is plenty of parking and a large private garden. It is the perfect base for exploring Devon and Dorset and is close to many beautiful beaches along the Jurassic coast. Seaton, Lyme Regis, Beer, Branscombe and Sidmouth are all just a short drive away. Colyton with it's tramway is just down the road. Great for keen walkers or cyclist or the the perfect spot to just relax.

Despite its name, Weighbridge cottage is a three story townhouse on Church Street in central Lyme Regis. It's close to everything, yet peaceful and tranquil. There's private off road parking right next to the front door. I have tried to include everything you need, toys and games, and beach stuff

'The Old Forge' Holiday Cottage near Lyme Regis

The Cottage was converted in 2020, the original building is a Victorian Smithy. The property has the charm of an old cottage but is modern, stylish and light and airy. It is detached and so private, with two gardens and a meadow, a stream runs through the gardens. It is delightful to spend time at the Old Forge. There is an area to barbecue or have a fire outside.
