The house is located on the edge of the village of Villaputzu in a very quiet location and beautiful nature, is 10 minutes by car from Porto Corallo beach and 1 hour from Cagliari airport . The market, restaurants and bars can be reached in 5 minutes walking. The house is newly built and fully furnished, in the kitchen you will find all the necessary kitchen utensils , as well as a washing machine and dishwasher.
