The house is spacious with contemporary touches alongside original features. There is off road parking to the side of the property.

Situated within walking distance of local shops, pubs and the beautiful Mundesley beach is this 1st floor apartment. The apartment has been refurbished throughout & guests have sole use of their own bedroom/lounge, shower room, kitchen with fridge freezer, hob and oven. washing machine located in shower room for guests to use. There is an electric panel heater in the lounge/bedroom plus an electric ‘wood burning ‘ stove The property benefits from parking with hard standing for motorbike stand

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. It has great south facing views of the countryside and you are not overlooked by other chalets. You’ll love my place because of the big windows, the light, airy space and quirky found-objects. Even the bedrooms look out onto the private garden. Great for couples and small families. A quiet and spacious little development - bit of a hidden gem.
