Sandy River Sanctuary and Sauna

Treat yourself to the lower suite of our Sandy River home located just 2 miles from downtown Troutdale, OR. Our suite includes a sauna and an indoor soaking tub (not jetted.) We live above the suite and we have a toddler who is in daycare during the work hours and typically sleeps from 7pm to 7 am. There is a locked, sound absorbing accordian door. Yet, you may still be able to hear us from time to time. We are located on a scenic hwy minutes away from Edgefield and the Columbia River Gorge.

Basement apartment is brand new and includes sauna, digital projector, a pull down screen, queen sized Murphy bed, washer/dryer, dishwasher and full kitchen. Secure & private access is through two locked doors from the side of the house. Our small family of three plus a cat live upstairs. Perfect private getaway or weekend adventure.

Our guest house is a completely private space, accessible by an outdoor walkway, and has an outdoor patio. We designed the space to be light-filled, feel cozy yet roomy, fitting a lot into a small space. Vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, full kitchen, bathroom, a bed alcove with a comfy queen mattress and soft bedding and lots of extra touches. Our 335 sq ft guest house is fitted with all you'll need for your time in Portland.
