This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. Mitte neighborhood is within walking distance to many of the city's iconic locations such as Checkpoint Charlie with superb shopping, dining, and nightlife nearby as well. Es verfügt neben einem ca. 25 qm großem Zimmer über einen separaten Eingang, mit Flur und Duschbad und einer kleinen Kochmöglichkeit. Vom Apartment haben Sie einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Schwielochsee. Im großen Garten gibt es eine separate gemütliche Sitzecke & Liege und der Steg am Natur-See lädt zum Angeln, Sonnen und zu romantischen Sonnenuntergängen ein.

Ruhig gelegen im Randbereich vom Dorf, Bahnhof und Pferdkoppel gegenüber. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Schlaubetal. Anreise mit regionaler Kleinbahn, Bahnhof 3 min Fussweg entfernt. Da kein Fernverkehr auf dieser Strecke auch kein Lärm. Alles was man zum Wohnen braucht ist vorhanden, bis hin zur Waschmaschine, Trockner und Wäscheplatz. Eine einfache Sitz- und Grillecke von April-Oktober. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Hof und einer direkt neben der Einfahrt. Helle und freundliche Zimmer.

Unsere Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Flughafen Berlin-Brandenburg. Zur Tesla Gigafactory sind es ca. 20 Autominuten (16 km). Tolle Aussicht auf den See mit unmittelbarer Waldnähe. Unsere Unterkunft ist gut geeignet für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Die Wohnfläche beträgt 130 qm. 1 km zum nächsten Supermarkt und ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW zum Zentrum Berlins. Gute Anbindung mit der BVG. Man erreicht das Zentrum in ca. 45 min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Durchatmen und Pausieren! Schlagenthin ist ein kleines Dorf mit viel Natur. Es befinden sich viele Seen im Umkreis, die man mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß erkunden kann. Soll es in die Hauptstadt gehen, kein Problem, der Bahnhof ist mit 10 min Fußweg zu erreichen. Für kleine Kinder ist Willes Welt genau das Richtige. Ein großer Spielplatz und viele Tiere sind dort zu sehen.🐅🐫🦓 Buckow nicht weit entfernt, befinden sich Cafés , Restaurants und ein Eisladen mit eigener Herstellung.
