The house is surrounded by olive groves, on the patio there is a table for dining outside. A lawn area where you can use the barbecue and pizza oven.swimming pool shared with two other accommodations (tot pers besides you 8 max) Possible tastings of oil and Chianti Classico wine. You can also use our restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The apartment is located in the heart of Chianti, just 2 km from the center of San Casciano VP, 17km from Florence and 50km from Siena. It is self catering (36 square meters) and has a separate entrance, bedroom, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen. It overlooks a panoramic terrace where a BBQ is available. It is located inside a local farm , still familiar managment ,that produces wine and olive oil. During your stay you can visit the cellars and taste the products.

Si trova a 10 minuti di macchina dal paese di San Casciano Val di Pesa e Scandicci (da cui parte comodamente la tranvia per arrivare nel centro di Firenze). L'appartamento è per 4 ospiti e dispone di due camere da letto: una con un letto matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli. Sono presenti due bagni (di cui uno di servizio), un ampio salotto con divano, cucina accessoriata e terrazzino.

A restored ex. hey-barn has a spacious bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen.Access to the entrance is by a open "piazza" that also is the access to one of our other apartments. By a small staircase is the dedicated outdoorspace, table and chairs. The shared pool is open approx. beginning June to end September, time may vary. Heating system ONLY with wood-stove, handeld by guest.
