Guest Suite in House with Balinese-Inspired Garden

Recline on a covered wooden daybed in the Balinese-inspired garden with pool and covered BBQ area attached to this self-contained house. The guest suite has its own separate entrance complete with queen bed and 2 sofa-beds. There’s also a pool table. Guests are welcome to use pool and bbq area as well as rumpus room and sitting areas downstairs. Swimming pool and bbq area. Guests can phone text or email, we live upstairs and guests would have access to gardens and downstairs area. The house is located in the unique quaint little village of Mudgeeraba with its Coles, Woolworths and Aldi grocery store. It’s a short drive from Robina town centre, which provides a train station and hospital, and 20 mins from Coolangatta Airport. Car is the best way to get around. Robina Train Station is 5 minute drive or a 25 min walk. Our home is pet friendly and your four legged furry friend is welcome. As long as they are well behaved and good with other dogs as we have 2 little dogs as well.

Close proximity to two golf courses, Glades and Boomerang Farm. As well as four local wedding venues. Robina Town Centre is 10 minutes away, Mudgeeraba village just 5 minutes by car. Great little restaurants and coffee shops. Parking is undercover off street, at the top of our driveway on the lefthand side of the garage.

Your own private entrance to come and go; queen size bed, coastal styled ensuite bathroom, air cond; coffee/tea making; bar fridge; and patio sitting area. It is attached to the rear of the main house. Within 250m of Miami village local restaurants. Within walking distance from Miami Beach the Paddock Bakery and local bars. With self checkin facilities.

Burleigh Bliss

Brand new fully self-contained bedsitter in the heart of Burleigh Heads. Private entrance from the main residence. It is centrally located but just far enough away from the excitement of Burleigh Heads village to enjoy some quiet time after a beautiful day at famous Burleigh beach. The bedsitter is equipped with a large wall hung smart TV, free wifi, netfix , a modern kitchenette and queen-sized bed. The large shopping centre with supermarkets is a short 300m walk from your front door.

Robina Oasis with Tropical Garden View

This cozy one-bedroom apartment adjoins our house and features its own entrance and private courtyard. It is adults only. Location: 15-minute walk to Robina Town Centre with shops, cinemas, restaurants, cafés, bars, and al fresco dining. 20-minute walk to Cbus Stadium and Bond Institute of Health & Sport, directly opposite Robina Train Station. Bus stop nearby. To Bond University (3.5 km) requires one bus transfer. Bus trips to the beaches (from 8km away) take approximately 45 minutes.

Gilston Orchard

Gilston Orchard is a rural property 9 kilometres along the Nerang Beaudesert/Murwillumbah Rd from Nerang. We are at walking distance from Hinze Dam with its View Cafe open each day. Easy access to the Gold Coast glitter strip, beaches, and theme parks. Also easy access to Binnaburra (O'Reillys), Springbrook, Beechmont, Mt Tamborine plus further out West to Canungra, Beaudesert etc. This is a nice spot from which to bike ride with a mountain bike track just across the dam wall.
