House is perfect for big groups and for nice family trips.

The location is perfect as you don’t need any public transport, you can walk everywhere. It's semi-BASEMENT(!), with windows. Район колоритный, пешей доступности все основные достопримечательности города и является популярной зоной для туристов. В пару шагах Кафе ресторан с прекрасной грузинской едой и видом на вес Тбилиси, супермаркеты, винный магазины с погребом старый рынок со свежими фруктами и овощами. Очень тихий район. Our small house - cozy and comfortable like a real bird nest is located in the very center of the city, 5 minutes walk from the main street - Rustaveli avenue, behind the former parliament building in main historical part of Tbilisi. The House is built more than 200 years ago, but recently renovated and equipped with all necessary household devices, kitchen utensils and amenities specially for our guests.
