Ovaj prekrasni apartman smješten je na prizemlju Ville Matea. Sastoji se od tri sobe, dvije sobe ijmaju bračni krevet, a jedna soba ima dva kreveta za jednu osobu . Kuhinja je u potpunosti opremljena, blagavaonica je povezana sa dnevnim boravkom te se nudi mogućnost izlaska na terasu.
