This pravite and spacious 1,600 sf basement apartment features a separate entrance, dedicated free parking, and inviting outdoor living areas. It offers a cozy retreat that feels like your own. The hosts quietly reside on the two upper levels.

The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

There are no pets or house parties allowed within the facility. There is a Costco with a gas station located within walking distance, and a Walmart located in less than a mile. You will also be provided with a countertop burner for any cooking you may do

This private home is spacious, bright, open, and welcoming. The second floor has 2 master suite bedrooms. One bedroom with a king bed, jacuzzi tub and shower plus a queen bed with a tub. The living room has convertible sofas and air mattresses. The home sleeps up to 10 and has lots of storage. Perfect for families and groups, but no parties please! We have a strict NO pets rule because one of the owners has life threatening allergies.
