It is surrounded by 125 acre working farm and petting farm During your stay, you can enjoy the private porch overlooking the pond and enjoy the sights and sounds of the animals including goats, horses, cows and so much more. offer horseback riding around the property for an additional fee. We have kayaks available to those 14 and up and a small hut by the big pond containing life jackets.

This welcoming retreat features 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a daybed/pull out trundle. There are 2 full bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer, toiletries, linens and more, making you feel right at home. This home is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Rocky River Estates.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.
