The Soca valley offers you unique opportunities to explore the natural and cultural heritage of the Tolminska region. Apart from several museums, there are well maintained trails leading to places of cultural interest and energy spots. All those seeking adrenaline thrills can choose from a wide range offered in the region. The LOM holiday flat is also an ideal place to stay for hunters, fishermen and bikers. We have a garage for bikers who wish to park their motorcycles in a safe place. We also offer free parking for cars in front of the house and free WIFI. You can enjoy all sorts of sports activities in the Soča valley (walking, highking, fishing, bikeing, rafting and anather adrenalin sports...) and visit one of the many festivals in Tolmin.

Obiskovalci lahko uživajo ob sprehodih ob jezeru, imajo možnost ribolova, SUPanja in drugih aktivnosti na jezeru. Na reki Soči in njenih pritokih so možni številni vodni športi. Po jezeru je možna vožnja z Ladjo Lucija, ogled izkopanin na Mostu na Soči, ter vožnja z muzejskim vlakom. V bližini se nahajata tudi smučišči Cerkno in Kanin. Pohodnikom pa so na voljo lažje in bolj zahtevne ture.

Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Apartment is located in a calm neighborhood, close to the lake, grocery store and restaurant. Lots of possibilities for hiking or just a nice walk but still close enough to the festivals (distance from Tolmin is 5 km). Apartment accommodates up to 7 people, is fully equipped, air-conditioned, we offer you free parking (1 car) and free WI FI. If you have a bicycle or motorbike we have a garage free of charge. Cottage NA BIRU 1 by the Soca River

The Cottage Na Biru has one of the prettiest locations in the Soča valley. Undearneath mount Mrzli vrh and very close to our emerald Soca River on the edge of Gabrje village you will find a perfect spot for quiet or active holidays. There's tourist tax you have to pay at the arrival: 2 €/adult/day and 1 € for children between 7 and 18/day. There's one double and two single beds upstairs and a sofa in the living room, which means 5 people maximum. We can add a baby cot.
