Lovingly restored and completely private with its own walled courtyard, the granny flat is a lovely fresh and light filled space located just 200m from the magnificent Clarence river and a short walk/ride into the centre of town. The street is very quiet with plenty of parking and the flat is nestled in a large backyard surrounded by snippets of rural lifestyle including lush gardens, friendly chickens and hardworking bees.

With all the conveniences you could possibly need, private access, quality furniture, fittings and bedding. House trained pets ONLY by prior agreement. Pet related house rules must be agreed to.
