Avon Mill Apartment sits on the top floor of a beautiful Victorian corn mill, in lovely South Devon. It is light and spacious with exposed beams, open plan living space and wonderful views down the Avon Valley. Beautifully converted granary, affording stunning views of the rolling countryside and plenty of outdoor space and parking to suit your needs. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.

Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space.
