Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

Just 2 minutes from a fantastic park to walk or have a good time enjoying outdoor activities, and 10 min from Fayetteville Pavillion where you will find many stores

The Lakehouse at Clearwater is close to Newnan, Senoia, Peachtree City, Atlanta, Falcon Aviation Academy, Dr. Agrawal Freedom Allergy, Callaway Gardens, Reets Drying Academy, and Cancer Treatment Centers of America You’ll love the Lakehouse at Clearwater because of its serene lake views, quiet atmosphere, and even a bit of fishing or swimming in the pool (May to September). The Lakehouse at Clearwater is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Close to great shopping: Ashley Park, Newnan. Cancer Treatment Center 10min Callaway Resort and Gardens 45 min Up to 2 guests permitted. No parties. No unregistered guests. No smoking or vaping permitted anywhere on the property as we live on a heavily wooded area. Thank you for understanding.

The Nest

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.
