Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. The rural house was built with ancient stone sourced locally in Umbria and offers a breath taking view overlooking the surrounding valley. The house encompasses a spacious living-room with two antique fire places, two kitchens, a recreation room, five bedrooms & four bathrooms. Outside there is a large swimming pool, dining area, a play house for children, multiple car-parking options and a 2 car fully enclosed garage. There are also a BBQ and a wood fire oven if you wish to cook outside.

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Alma Vignoni is an elegant and exclusive holiday house in Vignoni Alto that recalls Tuscan style and is enriched by unusual and personal details. The house consists of an open-space with fireplace in the center. On the one hand the room with stunning views over the surrounding hills (Pienza, Monticchiello and Montepulciano) on the other the kitchen area. Two cozy rooms overlook the ancient Via Francigena and the Orcia river valley. The bathroom has a large shower.

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.
