Despite its central location, it is in a quiet enclosed courtyard, ensuring a peaceful stay for solo travelers or couples. It is located in a pedestrian zone (no parking), with excellent access from the train and bus stations and the airport. Automatic luggage storage is available at the address before check-in and after check-out.

All studios have an anteroom with a fully equipped, modern kitchenette, a comfortable living/bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom with toilet.

Air-conditioning provides guests with the ultimate comfort regardless of the weather. Each room can accommodate up to two people.
