Additional fee of $75 per pet-prior approval . 4 guests included additional guest $30 per night each limit 6 total. Longer stays 3 guests max.

The Lawson Home is close to Lake Norman, and is perfect summer or Fall getaway. Lake Norman has so much to offer! Boating, and jet ski rentals are near by , or just enjoy exploring the quaint town of Mooresville, which offers shopping, restaurants. lake Norman State Park for hiking and Biking. Daveste Vineyard, Raffaldini Vineyard, Lazy Five Ranch, and so much more! We do allow smaller dogs only. The suite is not suitable for large dogs. One time $100 pet fee.

My space is very roomy and comfortable with blinds and entry door that brings in a lot of light. It is the entire lower floor that includes a patio for outdoor relaxation. The patio is shaded in the evening, and you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises behind the trees in the morning. Beautiful landscape and vegetable garden to view along with the wall of trees at the back. ROKU TV. Netflix for entertainment. Kitchen appliances for basic needs.

This new craftsman style home with duplex apartment over the garage was built in 2020. The home boasts amazing big water view of Lake Norman. The two bedroom duplex apartment has a private entrance and lake views from every room. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and sunsets on the two story dock. Boat rentals are easily accessible from marinas in the Denver area and the boat can be kept at the dock. Easy commute to Charlotte.

416 Mid-Mod Private Suite with Exterior Entry

416 Mid-Mod is a private, lower-level getaway in a modern and centrally located home in Charlotte's Wesley Heights neighborhood. The entry is tucked behind a gate and down a paved, well-lit pathway. The exterior space is appointed with a Weber grill, outdoor dining set, and fenced in yard. Inside, guests will enjoy a queen-sized bed, 50" Roku TV, dining set, comfortable chair, bathroom, and a kitchenette/walk-in closet.

This is a newly renovated spacious private apartment above our home’s garage with a private entrance. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet, a full bathroom with tub/shower, a kitchenette, and a living room. An additional twin-sized blow-up mattress is available upon request. Only smaller pets under 45 pounds are allowed with small added fee.
