The South Music room is a large room (20m) with a double futon bed. It is at the first floor of our family cottage. Music and books are its flavours. It has a wash basin with mirror and a large working desk inside. The bright and comfortable bathroom with shower is just outside the room, reserved for guests. BABUHAUS B&B What we offer is a true B&B in a real family home in the metropolitan area of Milan, directly connected with the M2 metro underground train to the city center, all the town railway stations, exposition areas and airports bus shuttles. We are also in a very favorable position to reach by car motorways, ring roads and two of the town airports. You can access our garden and spring/summer use our gazebo to rest and have breakfast, it you wish. Smokers are allowed. Smoking is forbidden in the rooms but you are welcome to use our balcony and garden. There is a private outdoor parking place and large free parking area on the other side of the road. On AirBnB we offer two other rooms. We can host in total up to 9 guests. Our B&B is officially authorized and complies with the Lombardy regional standards. LINKED TO ANY KEY POINT IN MILANO IN A SHORT TIME We have hereby the M2 BUSSERO Milano metro stop. Using the M2 line (green) you can reach directly all the railway stations in town and the bus/train shuttles to all the airports. With same metro line you also reach all the key areas in Milano: Design Week Fuorisalone districts in town, shopping areas, Via Tortona fashion and design district, Navigli canals and Corso Como nightlife areas. Changing to M1 line you can reach the Duomo, the historic city center (30 min), Fiera Milano City and Fiera Milano/Expo exhibitions sites (Salone del Mobile and many other exhibitions) and then ... all the parts of the town and city. ACCESS BY CAR We are in a strategic position to access by car motorways A4 (Torino-Milano-Venezia) and A8/9 (Varese, Como and Maggiore Lakes and Switzerland), the North and East Inner and Outer ring roads, the latter providing a fast access also to the A1 motorway (Milano-Firenze-Roma-Napoli). In 6 minutes you reach the three closest motorway exits. We are very well positioned also for two airports. AIRPORTS We are very well positioned also for Linate (LIN) and Orio al Serio (BGY) airports, within 20/30 minutes car drive. You can also reach all the airports, including the outer Malpensa (MXP) airport, via metro M2 connecting directly to the bus/train airport shuttles. We can arrange a favourable direct pick-up service at either Orio al Serio (BGY) or Linate (LIN) town airports. You can contacts us for conditions while booking. MONZA MOTORDROME - FORMULA 1 We are also 17 km from the Monza motordrome, with its FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO D'ITALIA and other car and motorcycle races and events. WORK/BUSINESS AREAS NEARBY We are at a few minutes drive from a number of company premises: ST Microelectronics, Thales, and all companies in M2 Villa Fiorita (Cernusco) area, including HP Enterprise, Canon, Sony, and many others. The same is for the Pessano con Bornago and Gorgonzola industrial areas and Centro Direzionale Colleoni in Agrate Brianza. You can also reach directly by metro M2 both Cernusco, Villa Fiorita and Gorgonzola.

LAKE AND MOUNTAIN...B&B AL POZZO

Our B&B “Al Pozzo” is part of an old farmhouse restored and refurbished. It is situated right on the path leading to the “Basilica di S. Pietro Al Monte” (http:/www.amicidisanpietro.it), a monument considered to be a jewel of Romanesque art (X-XI century). And further on along the path are our wonderful montains with its Monte Cornizzolo, a peak famous for paragliding (www.cornizzolo.com). Is is a very short distance from the cliffs, where climbing enthusiasts will enjoy various levels of difficulties in this adventurous sport. There are easy links to che cities of Milan, Como, Bergamo, to the picturesque towns of Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio and to Switzerland. And just 4 Km from “Al Pozzo” you can visit the beautiful historical city of Lecco, on Lake Como, with its amazing views famously described in the novel “The Betrothed” by A. Manzoni. A bit about us: we are a family made up of a young couple, Barbara and Beppe, and two children, Ale and Franci, lovers of mountains and nature. We grow our own organic vegetables, we have two dogs and even a stable with twenty odd goats which help us produce a high-quality homemade cheese! You will be able to taste it at breakfast or it you choose to dine comfortably at our typical restaurant part of the farmhouse structure- We are looking forward to your visit!

The Walnut Tree B & B is located in Zana, a hamlet in the upper part of Abbadia Lariana on the eastern shore of Lake Como. We are one hour away from Milan, 2 and a half km away from Mandello del Lago and 3 km away from Abbadia Lariana. If you arrive by train, we can pick you up by car from the train station of Mandello or Abbadia Lariana. The part of the house given over to the B&B has been sensitively restored and has the character of an old country house, complete with a balcony with views over the lake. The two rooms have private bathrooms. In summer you can have your breakfast served on the terrace in the garden. A few kilometers away is the town of Varenna, where boats depart for the lake. The whole area is known for the famous mountain "Grigna", a wonderful place for walking and climbing. If you enjoy motorcycles, be sure to visit the museum of Guzzi motorcycle. Abbadia is the perfect place to swim: there are no private homes that overlook the beautiful beach. Il Masso Grasso Lake Como, Stanza con letto queen.

A simple comfortable and bright house, with a large living room, furnished with charming pieces. Each room leeds to a balcony ending in a rounded terrace built on a huge erratic rock which gives the name to the B&B. From there you can enjoy a beautiful sight of lake Como, its beautiful mountains, the ruins of an ancient castle and its village. At any time you can sip a drink in the terrace listening to the sweet sound of the stream flowing a few metres aside. In the evening the fresh breeze coming down from the valley makes your relaxing moments fantastic, after your baths in the lake, your trekking, your boat trips in the wonderful sites all around Nesso. B&B “Masso Grasso” is in the ancient center of Nesso, a village half way between Como and Bellagio. The “Masso Grasso” is the ideal place for those looking for a quiet place surrounded by nature and beauty. The house is in the ancient part of the village. Its charme is intact. Bus arriving from Como or Bellagio. Bus stop at 300m.
