Moosu Guest House and Spa, Cedar Hot Tub and Sauna

Moosu Guest House is a railroad style cabin designed for two people with 12 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom for a superb stargazing experience. The private outdoor spa features a salt water cedar hot tub and barrel sauna. Turkish spa towels and cozy robes are provided to complete the spa experience. As part of your stay you will be welcomed with a package including coffee from Nelson’s two iconic roasters Oso Negro and No6 Coffee Co, and tea from Nelson’s Virtue Tea.

It has a beautiful shower room and a well appointed kitchen and new appliances for you to cook with. Floor heating keeps you cozy and warm and the big windows make you feel being part of nature. It also has a barbeque on the covered porch.

The Suite is a 5 minute walk from downtown Rossland and 4.5 kms from Red Mountain Ski Resort. From this friendly location you can access world class hiking and biking trails, Red Mountain ski resort and Redstone Golf course. The suite is located in the centre of Impulazi Ranch - a 29 acre goat & sheep farm, complete with 360o mountain views and all the peace and quiet that you could ask for on a farm. Hiking, mountain biking, snow shoeing & slack country skiing trails from your front door! Red Mountain is a 12 minute drive from the farm.

The Cottonwood is our most secluded cabin, nestled in between mature cedar and cottonwood trees and close to our year-round Elise Creek. Interior finishing and decor is themed 'Interior Africa' with various original African artifacts from our private collection. This cabin is fitted to sleep up to 4 guests, with a choice of Queen, King or XL Twin beds. Pets welcome (extra pet fee applies). The kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare your own meals. Enjoy a memorable and unique experience in the 'Caravan', a tiny home built on the back of a 1967 International Loadstar. Cozy up and read a book in the spacious loft bed. Have a romantic getaway, book our sauna or bring your family of 3 and make use of the twin futon. Walk or ride your bike right out the door on our trails and take in one of the classes or events at For-rest Retreat. Salmo is the perfect place to stay and explore the beauty of the Kootenays.
