En rez de jardin de notre chalet, plein sud, vue immense sur la vallée d'Aulps et les montagnes. Quartier très tranquille avec des près, de vieille granges traditionnelles. Un arrêt de bus à 4mn à pied dessert le lac de Montriond et les remontées mécaniques d'Avoriaz. Lieu idéal pour séjourner en montagne, au calme, mais proche des activités des stations de Morzine, d'Avoriaz ou des Gets.

Chalet spacieux et indépendant livré en 2023 avec une architecture originale. Eté et hiver Il donne l'accès très facilement (5 minute) aux domaines de Morzine et d'Avoriaz. Une navette passe au pied l'hiver pour amener au ski. Orienté au Sud il est situé dans un petit hameau typique de Haute-Savoie. Un large balcon et une terrasse privative offrent des vues sur les montagnes environnantes. Moderne, bien équipé, il est très fonctionnel avec ses 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain.

This new apartment is situated a 4-minute walk from central Montriond where you'll find a wonderful grocery store, lively pub, ski shop and the bus stop to take you into Morzine or up to Ardent (access Avoriaz, Chatel etc) It has one bedroom and a spacious living area with a sofa bed in it. As you can see, there is a good sized well-stocked kitchen. There is one bedroom which can have twin beds or a king size bed in it. There is also a sofa bed in the living area.
