Im ersten Stock gelegen, finden sich in der Paterwohnung noch heute architektonische Hinweise, wie etwa die barocke Kasettendecke mit dem Schutzheiligen des Tegernsees, St. Quirinus. Alte Holztüren, knarrende Böden und Stuckaturen an den Wänden sorgen für historisches Flair, während das neue Bad und die Einrichtung für Komfort sorgt.

The kitchen and bathroom have all the necessary appliances, in the sofa corner there is a TV with antenna and satellite connection and Netflix. A garage and a parking space complete the offer.

This accommodation is part of a traditional "maso", the old Alpine farmhouse, which has just been renovated. Positioned on the top floor, it reveals a panorama of serene woods, two tranquil mountain lakes, and the majestic Brenta Dolomites.
