Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, guests can enjoy access to three private lakes (bring your own kayak/paddleboard) and miles of rugged ranch trails, perfect for hiking and riding. Our property offers a true backcountry experience, so please know that while our trails are maintained, guests should expect natural terrain and a more rugged experience than what you would experience at a state park.

Retreat to the water and fish from the bank, hop in a kayak or Jon boat, or start a fire in the pit to end a perfect day. No Tvs or Microwave but WiFi, campfire ring, BBQ grill full kitchen/bath with outdoor picnic area. The grounds also have a playground, basketball goal, volleyball net, and river access. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

A quiet family friendly getaway perfect to unwind, relax, bird watch and disconnect from everyday life. Wi-fi is not available. Sleeps up to six people. Bottom level has a full size bed, full bath, fully stocked kitchen,stove, full size refrigerator, coffee bar, screened in porch. One bathroom inside and half bath outside. Located 16 miles N. of Uvalde, bumpy entrance road is 1.2 miles N. of Chalk Bluff. Park. The cabin is 1/4 mile, walking distance to the clear, beautiful Nueces River.
