Located in the triangle of Montegiorgio, Rapagnano and Monte Sanpietrangeli, surrounded by an exceptional landscape, the "Fattoria del Rosmarino" is a farmhouse dating back to the 18th century which has been recently entirely renovated. A terrace with a view onto the Sibylline mountains, on clear days onto the sea, gives access to the swimming pool. The ground floor provides three independent apartments with baths, each with separate entrance and its own terrace. Spacious modern kitchen inside.

It is located in open countryside one kilometer from the center of the village of Penna S. Giovanni, in a sunny and quiet position, surrounded by a garden and large green spaces.

E’ una residenza ottocentesca tipica della campagna marchigiana, finemente restaurata, con un ampio parco privato e una grande terrazza che si affaccia verso la valle con un panorama che arriva fino al mare. La cucina da accesso direttamente sull’ampia terrazza dove sarà possibile mangiare sul tavolo e sedie di corredo. Dall’antico pozzo, al forno a legna, alle mura in pietra e mattone, tutto molto suggestivo. Il paese medievale di Montegiorgio, a pochi passi, fa da cornice al panorama.

La casa è una casa colonica inizio '900 ristrutturata riutilizzando i materiali originali e tipici della zona ma con tutti i comfort. Gli arredi sono curati nei minimi dettagli. Il riscaldamento è a pavimento. In salone c'è un bellissimo camino. Si trova in luogo collinare su un crinale a ca 300 mt di altezza. In giardino ci sono altalena,trampolino elastico e calcio balilla. A 20 minuti dal mare di Porto San Giorgio, 15 minuti dall'Abbadia di Fiastra e 40 minuti dai Sibillini.
