For all shopping addicted: in few minutes you can reach Via Cola di Rienzo, one of Rome’s most famous streets for shopping! If you want to move with the subway, with only few stops you will reach Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, where you will see the amazing Trinità dei Monti steps; then, at the Barberini stop, you will find the Trevi Fountain and at the Repubblica stop, the famous Teatro dell’Opera. The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed (200 x 160 cm) featuring memory foam mattresses, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, two wardrobes, a work corner with a desk, an armchair, and a 40'' LED TV. It has a balcony overlooking Viale dell'Università and the Secretary of Air Force building, a prime example of Italian Rational Architecture. The bathroom offers a shower with endless hot water, a design stone basin supported by a wooden sculpture, and sanitary ware. It is equipped with toiletries, a hairdryer, slippers, and towels. La stanza è arredata in stile etnico, con un grande letto matrimoniale (200 x 160 cm) con materassi memory foam, una cassettiera e 2 armadi, 2 comode poltrone, un'ampia scrivania in cuoio e un televisore LED 40''. Annesso alla stanza c'è un bagno privato con lavabo in pietra, doccia e sanitari.

Il B&B si trova a roma,a 10 minuti da piazza San Pietro,metro A Ottaviano,Lepanto e stazione bus di P.le Clodio.Situato in una strada tranquilla e in una palazzina silenziosa,posto al primo piano. Camera matrimoniale con bagno privato adiacente alla stanza. La camera dispone di arredamenti nuovi,riscaldamento,balconcino,TV,frigobar e wi-fi,contornato da ammirevoli e caratteristici pavimenti originali a veneziana e soffitti in travi di gesso tipici delle case romane di un tempo.

Each our room has a comfortable private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi and a safe box. Are available to guests in the common area, the coffee machine, the kettle for tea or herbal teas, with a wide choice of different essences, the free minibar with drinks and fruit juices available, sparkling water or natural purified and a basket with seasonal fruit. On the sideboard there will also be excellent homemade desserts.
