La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Gli ospiti avranno accesso alla piscina non riscaldata dal 1 giugno al 30 settembre ( date indicative perché condizionate dalla situazione meteo della stagione in corso)

La casa è raggiungibile solo a piedi: si parcheggia nell'area interna alla proprietà, vicino all'orto e, attraverso un centinaio di gradini tra gli alberi, si raggiunge l'abitazione.
