Private 40-Acre Hacienda Estate

Our Hacienda sits on 40 Acres of land that was once one of the areas original Coffee plantations. Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. Our place offers something for everyone..a perfect place to enjoy and make Memories!

Casa el Guarumo

Casa El Guarumo sits at the top of our 4-acre permaculture farm, situated between Parque Internacional La Amistad and the town of San Vito, Coto Brus. Come to reset and unwind. Take in the beautiful mountain views, clean air, and pure water. Enjoy fresh fruit, coffee, and handcrafted chocolate from the farm. Adventure to nearby waterfalls and hot springs, hike the farm trails to the creek, or drift off in a hammock to the songs of the myriad of bird species that can be observed in our area.

Fully equipped kitchen, flat‑screen TV (cable + streaming), washer, dryer, hot water, and 400 Mbps fiber Wi‑Fi — ideal for remote work. Enjoy multiple outdoor seating areas, fruit trees, a small chicken coop, a secure fenced yard, and free on‑site parking. Acogedoras cabañas que harán que tu estadía en Paso Canoas sea placentera. Excelente para ir de compras ya que se encuentran a 2km de la zona libre de Paso Canoas, frente a la interamericana. Amigable con las mascotas, tenemos algunos perros. En caso de visitarnos con mascotas se debe cancelar a la hora del check in $20 / ¢10.000 por la primera noche de estadía de las mascotas y $10 / ¢5000 por cada noche extra.

Welcome to the Coffee Cabins. This is one of four stunning A-frame cabins perched on the side of a mountain in the middle of a coffee field. You’re literally surrounded by coffee, both on the trees and in your kitchen with the complimentary coffee grown right here on the farm. Enjoy larger than life views to both the north towards the continental divide and to the west framing Volcan Baru, Panama’s highest peak.
