Il luminoso e ampio appartamento di circa 80 mq è adatto a coppie e famiglie che cercano un po’ di relax e una pausa dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni. Il "grottino" (NL-00003565) è una piccola casa indipendente di due locali: al piano terra la zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un bagno con box doccia, al primo piano la zona notte con un letto matrimoniale. Può ospitare solo due adulti, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochi metri. Non c'è la televisione. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immersa nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. Dista 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno. HOLIDAY CARD per tutti.
