In a strategic position close to Florence is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.

La "Locanda di Goethe" è un incantevole loft che si trova nel centro storico di Loiano, un piccolo paesino di montagna sulla Statale 65 della Futa, la splendida strada che collega Bologna a Firenze. Il loft è ospitato all'interno di un palazzo storico, lo stesso che Goethe menzionò nel suo "Viaggio in Italia". Lo stile caldo ed avvolgente degli interni, la vasca a vista ed i dondoli vi faranno vivere un' esperienza unica ed indimenticabile.

A casa di Paolina si trova a Toscanella di Dozza in piccolo contesto condominiale con giardino e parcheggio privato in zona residenziale pedecollinare. L’appartamento di 60mq si trova al piano terra ed è composto da un’ampia zona living con divano letto, cucina con affaccio sul giardino, una camera matrimoniale ed un bagno. Giardino fruibile dagli ospiti della struttura, con piccola piscina dotata di idromassaggio.

It is composed by one bedroom, one bathroom, one open space with a fully furnished kitchen and a living room where you can find a sofa bed, and a balcony. Possibility to park your car in our private garage or an outdoor free parking reserved for people living in the building.

Porcaticcio, huset i skogen med svømmebasseng

La Casetta er en av de to enhetene til leie i Porcaticcio. Nedsenket i skogen, ideell for avslapning, utendørssport, kulturell og kulinarisk turisme. Et felles svømmebasseng (8x4 m) ble bygget i 2019 i det mest panoramiske og private punktet. Dusj, fluktstoler og håndklær tilgjengelig for gjester. Porcaticcio er residensen til billedhuggeren Cornelis Rijken og hans kone Gabriela, en yogalærer.
