We have a queen bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed for the other 2. Close by we have : Bert Ogden Arena (12 min), Edinburg Municipal Park (8 min), UTRGV university (12 min), PAN AM University (16 min) Fast food and our supermarkets (3-10 min) and don’t forget about shopping in Trenton Crossings !(12 min) Going to McAllen ? You can truly relax here as everyone has their own space, each bedroom has its own television, and there are two bathrooms to accommodate up to six guests. For those traveling with pets, there’s a small, fully-fenced yard so your furry friend can run around after a long car ride.

Garage not available but house has a carport that fits two vehicles. Water softener system, feel the difference when showering or washing your hands. Just added a beautiful back porch with hanging lights around. Also added 3 farm tables and 20 chairs.
