This Guest house is a Fantastic Place to rest and relax. Set on 10 beautiful acres overlooking pastures with Cows, Horses, and Chickens. We have an isolated feel but are just minutes from Hwy 11 and Interstate 20. The guest house has its own private deck with fantastic pastoral views. There is also a shared porch that has an outdoor fireplace, perfect for enjoying some fresh air on cool nights. The main room has a King size bed. Set deep in the suburbs, our beautiful secluded basement apartment provides a luxurious space for traveling guests and families. We are located perfectly between Atlanta and Athens for a night out in Atlanta or attending a UGA game in Athens. This private apartment provides a large bedroom with a queen bed, fully stocked kitchen, a spacious living room, small office space, gaming entertainment, hot tub, fire pit, and Wi-fi! Our paradise suite is your best stay for work or play!

The Nest, Charming Country Setting south of Athens

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.
