The home is 45 minutes to Ann Arbor, 40 minutes to Toledo, Ohio, 2 hours to Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio, and 60 minutes to Detroit. The driveway will accommodate a truck and boat if you want to fish on Lake Erie. It is a great location for playing in the city, going to a U of M football game, or just relaxing in a quiet backyard.

The backyard has a patio and a built-in fire pit with a hot tub to enjoy both summer and winter nights with gorgeous sunsets over the water as your backdrop.
