Large home, big kitchen, living room with fireplace, three bedrooms. Three beds for 6 people. Was previously a pet friendly rental. Clean and tidy but pet dander may still be present. This house is for sale. Incentive of 25% of a daily rate is offered to guests who allow a showing during their stay. Per showing. No pressure. Guests will be messaged if a showing is requested. The agent would be with the potential buyers the full time, which is typically 15-20 minutes.
