There is a growing art and music scene, with multiple music festivals, etc. The area also has fine restaurants, theaters, parks, and historical sites. Come to be restored.

Lil’ Kickback on Elk Creek (Eau Claire area)

Remote, tranquil, quiet and private getaway on 5.8 acres on the banks of the Elk Creek; only 1.5 hours from the Twin Cities! This creek is known as a class 1 trout stream. Guests can enjoy fishing, sight seeing, canoeing and kayaking the Chippewa River or Elk Lake, biking, hiking, atv/utv and snowmobile trails nearby as well. Enter a world of peace and calm deep in the woods. This is a beautiful rustic cabin that has been beautifully restored. Permit issued and inspected by Dunn County.

Get away from it all! This charming little home is perfectly located on a dead-end street, a short drive to either Menomonie or Eau Claire. Upon arriving, you will feel a sense of calmness and seclusion. Relax to the sounds of the falls and the birds singing. Wander the gardens and play in the spring fed lake. Read a book in the hammock or simply stare at the reflection on the calm lake. We offer a canoe, rowboat, 2 kayaks, and S.U.P for exploring as well as a grill and fire pit area.

NOTE: this is an upstairs apartment, but we promise you won't be disappointed and want to come back again and again. NON SMOKING. No pets.

A cozy shed house located in the hills of Coral City, WI. This Shed house includes a private deck, cozy living room, full kitchen, 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bathroom with shower and extra air mattresses, sheets, & pillows for guests. It is surrounded by nature but near to the city. We are also located close to many wedding venues. The Shed House is a separate building, but located on the same property as the owner's home. During the winter months, 4-wheel drive is necessary.

This vintage home farmstead on 4 acres, was built in the mid 1850s and has old world character architecture with the comforts of modern-day amenities. Perched on a hilltop in scenic Newcomb Valley, Sonney Lodge provides a quiet, country setting while still only a 10 minute drive to downtown Arcadia. Located on a dead end with a private drive and no through traffic, the lodge features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room and lower level entertainment room. A covered deck wraps around 2 sides of the home offering spectacular views of the surrounding hills and countryside.

The Granary Guesthouse @ Harvest Home Farm

Harvest Home Farm is located at the end of a dead end road nestled in a valley, just 4 miles northeast of Whitehall, Wisconsin, in beautiful Trempealeau County. The 160 acre farm has a long term focus on raising grass fed sheep and poultry. We also have a produce garden, a berry patch, and an apple orchard. The farm has 80 acres of mixed hardwoods and softwoods and an abundance of wildlife as well as a network of walking trails.

Lake Pepin Cottage on the Bluff

Bluff Cottage Overlooking Lake Pepin Compact and beautiful, this modern cottage is situated on 8 acres on a bluff overlooking Lake Pepin in the driftless area of Wisconsin. The house is mostly windows, with spectacular views of the sunrise, the sunset, Lake Pepin and the Milky Way. House has all the amenities, and sleeps four, plus a wood-burning sauna.
