We are a working livestock farm raising cows, sheep, chicken, ducks, pigs & more. This space is perfect for some outdoor adventure time while still being close to historic downtown Newberry, home of the Newberry Opera House, & not far from Greenville and Columbia.

Our home is located in beautiful neighborhood. We love our view. House has 3 bedrooms ( two bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has two queen beds), also have two futons in living room that can be used as full size beds. This home was remodeled by my husband and me and were constantly adding new ideas to it. however, we do not tolerate any kind of wild parties that include hard liquor or smoking. absolutely no smoking in the house the wood in house will peneteate the smell.

Located in a quiet neighborhood. Comes with access to large yard, pool during the summer, outdoor patio and grill. 15 mins from the Tryon Equestrian Center. Wineries within minutes. This is a rural area where wifi can be spotty. Great place to disconnect and enjoy life with your family. We live in a tiny home at the back end of the property behind the house. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay to visit Newberry ( we are about 7 mile from downtown ) about 5 mile off I26. Our home is extremely clean. We take pride in giving our guests a comfortable stay. Comfortable furniture and beds. Nothing fancy, but good quality sheets and towels. Plenty of nice pots and pans , fully furnished kitchen. We are on a quiet dead end road. Extremely safe. We offer plenty of options in our tv package. Excellent WiFi , high speed internet.
