Originally built in 1804, Birdsong is a Goan villa that has been lovingly & painstakingly restored by our family. Each of our 6 guest suites has a sprawling bathroom and is entirely unique in design. The villa also includes a beautiful courtyard swimming-pool, common spaces and lush greenery. The Kitchen whips up delicious meals, and our housekeeping team ensures your comfort. Birdsong is an idyllic setting for family reunions, group retreats, special occasions & peaceful escapes from the city.

Casa Tota - Heritage home with a Pool in Assagao

Casa Tota is a Portuguese style house that is approximately 150 years old. It has been lovingly restored and is furnished comfortably. There is a central courtyard, which houses the kitchen and dining areas and a decorative water feature in the middle. There are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite showers. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The third bedroom can be configured as a twin room on request.There is also a lovely garden area with a shallow private pool in the back yard.

Serendipity Cottage in Calangute-Baga.

A beautiful boho vibe was front of my mind when creating this stunning cottage. Tucked away in a quite nook, overlooking an organic kitchen garden with the view of the fields, you will be trasported to a bygone era where things were just much slower. When spending time watching the birds & the bees, enjoying leisurely cups of tea, chatting on the balcony was part of the day. Surrounded by trees, you see another side of Goa. Yet you are literally 5 mins away from the party hub of Goa.
