BIG wraparound porch to enjoy the garden. Historic Gold Rush towns, wineries, lakes, rivers, and winter sports are nearby. Yosemite's Highway 120 entrance is just a 1 1/2 hour drive away. This is a 1350 sq ft historic home built in 1881. It was completely remodeled in 2018 with amenities that include washer/dryer, dishwasher, wifi, cable TV, central heat/air, tankless water heater. 1 block walk to restaurants, shops, and the Iron Door Saloon. It's 24 miles from Yosemite National Park entrance and a 20 min drive to Lake Don Pedro. Plenty of room for boat parking. There are numerous mountain biking trails nearby as well as guided river rafting excursions with a local company.

The Hideaway Below

Escape to the mountains and unwind in this private, cozy guest suite located beneath our main home with a separate entrance. We are located in Groveland, CA just about a 10 minute drive to restaurants and a grocery store. The home is about a 45-50 minute drive to the west Yosemite gate entrance. The one bedroom guest suite has a queen bed, small bathroom, coffee nook, microwave, and mini fridge. This guest suite is perfect for couples or solo travelers
