This is a 1br 1 full bath apartment. It is on the second floor unit B. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 4 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities. 1car max parking on property. Parking on street in front if needed. There is a self check in box at entry door, open and remove key. (You have to re-punch #’s to close the lock box door).

Welcome to Mobile! Enjoy this entire well maintained condo in the heart of Midtown Mobile close to three major hospitals and just minutes from downtown. Community clubhouse with pool, grill area and work out room is available. My bookings come with a welcome basket . It is available for short term and longer stays. Enjoy a little private cottage in the historic Midtown area, minutes away from downtown Mobile and I10. Very quiet neighborhood, with all the charm that Midtown has to offer. Our favorite thing about the neighborhood is the live oak trees that sweep across Government Street along with all of the stringed lights at various houses nearby. We love our little guest house because it is a hidden gem full of character and charm all while being in the heart of town. Come check it out!
