Along Route 66, just 4 minutes from Purina Farms, this shared property is dedicated to your privacy, where you’ll enjoy a jacuzzi tub, private deck, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, fenced in area for dogs, relaxing garden areas, walking trails through the woods, fire pit, and an above ground pool in the summer months. Great for weekend getaways and anyone wanting to unplug. I stay in lower level with my husband and 11 year old son (who is usually gone weekends).

The Bluff House faces the Missouri River on 7 acres of beauty, neighboring the Bougeois Winery! The Katy trail & Rocheport are 1 mile away. Our home is two stories. We are upstairs and the Air BNB is downstairs. The Airbnb has a spacious living room, fireplace and dining room. All with views of the river and an open concept kitchen. Hand Built Log Cabin

This cabin was completed in 1940 by previous owner's grandmother with only the help of her horses. The wood was cut from the property. Originally it had no electric or plumbing, we updated it more in 2021 keeping as much original as possible. Rustic cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower only, washer and dryer, full eat in kitchen and living room. On site you can relax watching horses, mini horses, goats, chickens & ducks as well as wild life. You can feed and pet the 🐐 goats.

Charming Victorian

The furnishings are Victorian-modern and beautifully accent the high ceilings, tall windows, and lovely wood trim throughout the home. After enjoying the beautiful outdoors, curl up in front of a toasty fire, and watch your 55" Roku Smart TV (be sure to bring your login information for your favorite streaming apps!). There are some great biking trails and horse back riding in the conservation area that's 2 miles away.
